The company said that the debentures will be issued in tranches over the next six months.
On a consolidated basis, net profit PNB Housing Finance jumped 45.8% to Rs 383 crore on 5.5% increase in net sales to Rs 1,779.40 crore in Q2 FY24 over Q2 FY23.
PNB Housing Finance is a deposit-accepting housing finance company, with second largest deposits outstanding within housing finance companies. The company provides housing loans to individuals for purchase, construction, repair, and upgrade of houses.
The scrip rose 0.99% to currently trade at Rs 783.05 on the BSE.
