Senthilnathan is a qualified chartered accountant and a company secretary with more than 27 years of cross-cultural experience in Finance and Accounting operations in various sectors including manufacturing, infrastructure and IT.
He is also a commerce graduate, a certified public accountant (CPA) from ACIPA, USA and Diploma holder in Insurance and Risk Management (DIRM), ICAI certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
HOEC is engaged in the exploration and production of hydrocarbons crude oil and natural gas, which are natural resources. The company provides geological and geophysical services relating to the exploration of oil and natural gas and other oil field services. The company has a 100% subsidiary namely HOEC Bardahl India Ltd which is engaged in marketing of fuel or engine additives.
The company’s consolidated net profit surged 143.8% to Rs 43.18 crore in Q2 FY24 as against Rs 17.71 crore in Q2 FY23. However, net sales declined 9.4% YoY to Rs 112.83 crore in the quarter ended 30 September 2023.
The scrip declined 0.43% to Rs 173.15 on the BSE.
