Sequentially, the company's aggregate toll revenue increased by 22% in Q2 FY24 to Rs 1,203 crore as compared with 984 crore in Q2FY23.
H1FY24, toll revenue jumped 20% to Rs 2,386 crore from Rs 1,984 crore posted in corresponding quarter last year.
Amitabh Murarka, deputy chief executive officer of IRB Infrastructure Developers said, “The toll revenue growth in second quarter and the first half of FY24 overall as well, looks very good and much encouraging. Commencement of toll collection on newly added Hyderabad ORR in mid-August, full impact of the same will be visible in the coming quarter. We are expecting the growth momentum to improve in the second half of the year, in view of the onset festive season and expected start of tolling on Samakhiyali Santalpur BOT Asset in Gujarat in coming days.”

The company's consolidated net profit tumbled 63.2% to Rs 133.77 crore on 15.1% decline in revenue from operations to Rs 1,634.22 crore in Q1 FY24 over Q1 FY23.
The scrip fell 1.45% to Rs 32.01 on the BSE.
