STSL Project includes implementation of transmission project – RAJ/PPP – 11 – 2x 400/220kv, 500mva GSS at sangod along with 220/132kv, 160 mva transformers and associated transmission line.
The said acquisition is proposed to further AESL's strategy for enhancing value for its shareholders through organic as well as inorganic opportunities.
Adani Energy Solutions formerly known as Adani Transmission (ATL) is engaged in transmission and distribution business arm of the Adani Group. ATL is the country's largest private transmission company with a cumulative transmission network of 19,778 ckm, out of which 15,926 ckm are operational and 3,852 ckm are at various stages of construction.
The company's consolidated net profit declined 5.9% 175.06 crore in Q1 FY24 as compared with Rs 185.99 crore in Q1 FY23. Net sales jumped 20.2% year on year to Rs 3,663.90 crore in Q1 FY24.
The share price of Adani Energy Solutions fell 0.20% to settle at Rs 806.30 on Friday, 6 October 2023.
