Bharti Airtel Ltd fell 2.16% today to trade at Rs 851.45. The S&P BSE Telecommunication index is down 0.22% to quote at 1918.64. The index is up 2.11 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd decreased 1.38% and Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd lost 0.88% on the day. The S&P BSE Telecommunication index went up 13.93 % over last one year compared to the 12.21% surge in benchmark SENSEX.

Bharti Airtel Ltd has lost 4.83% over last one month compared to 2.11% gain in S&P BSE Telecommunication index and 1.68% drop in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 104.16 lakh shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 2.35 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 901.55 on 27 Jul 2023. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 710 on 29 Aug 2022.
