Among the other constituents of the index, Optiemus Infracom Ltd increased 2.1% and Route Mobile Ltd added 1.77% on the day. The S&P BSE Telecommunication index went up 15.29 % over last one year compared to the 12.47% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
