Vodafone Idea Ltd gained 2.75% today to trade at Rs 8.96. The S&P BSE Telecommunication index is up 0.8% to quote at 1888.57. The index is up 6.78 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Tejas Networks Ltd increased 1.02% and ITI Ltd added 0.78% on the day. The S&P BSE Telecommunication index went up 17.07 % over last one year compared to the 19.83% surge in benchmark SENSEX.

Vodafone Idea Ltd has added 18.99% over last one month compared to 6.78% gain in S&P BSE Telecommunication index and 5.47% rise in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 28.47 lakh shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 370.46 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 10.08 on 13 Sep 2022. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 5.7 on 31 Mar 2023.
