Domestic sales jumped 45% to 1,99,983 units in June 2023 as compared to 1,38,351 units in June 2022. Exports dropped 32% to 1,40,998 units in June 2023 as against 2,08,653 units sold in the same period last year.
The company sold 2,93,649 two-wheeler units (down 7% YoY) and 47,332 commercial vehicle units (up 21% YoY) in June 2023.
Bajaj Auto is engaged in the business of development, manufacturing and distribution of automobiles such as motorcycles, commercial vehicles, electric two-wheelers etc. and parts thereof.
The auto major reported consolidated net profit rose 11.7% to Rs 1,704.74 crore on 11.97% increase in net sales to Rs 8,929.23 crore in Q4 FY23 over Q4 FY22.
