The gas distribution company informed that Chatiwal has been nominated as its MD by GAIL (India).
Kamal Kishore Chatiwal is B.Tech in chemical engineering from IIT, Delhi. He has more than 32 years of experience in oil & gas Sector particularly in project execution and commissioning of mega petrochemical projects, operation & maintenance of gas processing units, natural gas compressor station and cross-country LPG pipeline.
Indraprastha Gas is a natural gas distribution company. It supplies natural gas as cooking and vehicular fuel.
The company reported 8.8% fall in net profit to Rs 329.75 crore despite of 53.3% jump in net revenue from operations to Rs 3,687.18 crore in Q4 FY23 over Q4 FY22.
The scrip declined 0.87% to currently trade at Rs 465.30 on the BSE.
