In an exchange filing, the trust stated, “pursuant to power delegated by the board of directors, the investment and finance committee of the LTIDPL IndvIT Services, investment manager of Indinfravit Trust, through circular resolution passed on 14 June 2023, approved the allotment of 1,37,500 senior, secured, listed, rated, redeemable and NCDs of a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each aggregating to Rs 1,375 crore on private placement basis.”
IndInfravit Trust is engaged in infrastructure assets primarily being in the road sector in India. All of the Trust's Road projects are implemented and held through special purpose vehicles.
The scrip hit a 52-week high of Rs 135.10 in today's intraday session.
