Fortunately, there is no loss or injury to human life and the fire is controlled with the help of fire tenders in few hours, though damage has happened to some building, plant & machinery, stocks and furniture etc.
The company is in the process of ascertaining the loss caused by fire and has initiated necessary procedure for insurance claim as company's assets are adequately covered with the insurance.
The company is also in the process of arranging supply to its esteemed OEM customers from other building in the same unit as well as from other units for avoiding any disruptions in supply to OEM customers. Further, it will also take adequate and swift measures to ensure re-functioning of the affected part of the unit at the earliest.

The company's consolidated net profit jumped 12.8% to Rs 38.03 crore despite of 10.5% decline in net sales to Rs 432.84 crore in Q4 FY23 over Q4 FY22.
