The order is for Inox Wind's 3.3 MW turbine. The project will be executed on a turnkey basis at Dayapar site in the Kutch district, Gujarat and is scheduled to be commissioned by 2024.
The necessary infrastructure facilities have already been commissioned successfully, therefore the project will be executed on a plug and play basis.
Additionally, as part of the agreement, Inox Wind will be responsible for comprehensive multi-year operation and maintenance (O&M) services for the project.

Inox Wind is India's leading wind energy solutions provider. It is a fully integrated player in the wind energy market with three manufacturing plants in Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. The plant near Ahmedabad (Gujarat) and Barwani (Madhya Pradesh) manufactures blades and tubular towers, while hubs and nacelles are manufactured at the company's facility at Una (Himachal Pradesh). It also has a facility for manufacturing hubs and nacelles at Bhuj, Gujarat. Inox Wind's manufacturing capacity stands at 1,600 MW per annum.
On a consolidated basis, Inox Wind reported net loss of Rs 117.51 crore in Q4 March 2023 as against net loss of Rs 255.64 crore in Q4 March 2022. Net sales rose 40.30% year-on-year to Rs 192.77 crore in Q4 March 2023.
Shares of Inox Wind rose 3.59% to Rs 142.95 on Wednesday, 7 June 2023.
