Value of Production during the fourth quarter of FY 2022-23 stood at Rs 358.78 crore as against Rs 376.17 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter of previous year, down 5% YoY.

EBITDA declined by 18% to Rs 112.24 crore in Q4 FY23 from Rs 137.61 crore in Q4 FY22.

Profit before tax in Q4 FY23 stood at Rs 90.46 crore, down by 18% from Rs 110.46 crore in Q4 FY22.

For the FY 2022-23, the company has achieved a turnover of Rs 871.94 crore, registering a growth of 1% as against Rs 859.49 crore, recorded during the previous FY 2021-22. PAT fell by 12% to Rs 155.87 crore in FY23 from Rs 176.31 crore in FY22.

The order book position of the company as on 1 April 2023 stood at Rs 1,331.04 crore.

During the FY 2022-23, the company paid an interim dividend of Rs 1.68 per equity share and further recommend to pay another Rs 1.67 per equity share as final dividend for FY 2022-23. The total dividend for the financial year 2022-23 is Rs 3.35 per equity share.
