Revenue from operations rose 9.16% to Rs 4,852.11 crore in Q4 FY23 as compared with Rs 4,444.87 in corresponding quarter last year.
Profit before tax increased 22.43% to Rs 678.72 crore in Q4 FY23 as compare to Rs 554.38 crore recorded in the same period last fiscal.
Total expenses grew 9.83% year on year to Rs 4,615.12 crore in Q4 FY23. Cost of materials consumed was at Rs 2,269.52 crore (up 9.26% YoY), cost of property development came at Rs 2,061.92 crore (up 76.8%) and employee expenses stood at Rs 279.77 crore (up 32.09% YoY).
On full year basis, the company's net profit increased 49.11% to Rs 974.78 crore in FY23 as compared with Rs 653.73 crore in FY22. Revenue from operations jumped 18.47% year on year to 16,740.25 crore in FY23.
