The company has obtained order of Rs 43.69 crore for supply 3LPE coated carbon steel pipes from Indraprastha Gas (IGL) for city gas distribution (CGD) projects in NCT of Delhi. Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Rajasthan.

The aforementioned order along with other new orders received in May 2023 from Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL) and Maharashtra Natural Gas (MNGL), total orders amounted to Rs 62.23 crore.

Surya Roshni is the largest GI steel pipe manufacturer and the second largest in lighting products and manufacturing conglomerate with business interest spanning steel pipes, cold rolled sheets and 3LPE coated API pipes, LED and conventional lighting products, fans, electric appliances, PVC pipes etc.

The company's consolidated net profit surged 87.88% to Rs 155.58 crore despite a 6.52% fall in sales to Rs 2,151.33 crore in Q4 FY23 over Q4 FY22.
