Income from operations rose by 5% YoY during the quarter to Rs 138.7 crore.

While EBITDA improved by 9% YoY to Rs 44.1 crore, EBITDA margin increased by 100 bps YoY to Rs 32% in the fourth quarter.

Financial costs stood at Rs 0.6 crore during Q4 FY23 as against Rs 0.7 crore in Q4 FY22. Depreciation and amortization charge for Q4 FY23 was Rs 8.4 crore as compared to Rs 9.1 crore in the same quarter previous year.

Profit before tax in Q4 FY23 stood at Rs 42.1 crore, up by 24% from Rs 40.4 crore in Q4 FY22.

The company recorded 16% fall in consolidated net profit to Rs 103.9 crore despite a 2% rise in income from operations to Rs 540.6 crore in FY23 as compared with FY22.
