Revenue from operations stood at Rs 280.13 crore in Q4 FY23, up 2.7% from Rs 272.78 crore recorded in the same period a year ago.
Total expenses in the fourth quarter amounted to Rs 149.51 crore (down 1.92% YoY).
EBITDA grew by 5.04% to Rs 131.67 crore in Q4 FY23 from Rs 125.35 crore registered in Q4 FY22.
Interest service coverage ratio for the quarter ended March 2023 was at 0.85 times as compared to 0.94 times in Q4 FY22. Operating profit margin improved to 35.25% in Q4 FY23 as against 29.79% reported in Q4 FY22.
On full year basis, the company reported a net loss of Rs 1,144.72 crore in FY23 as compared to net loss of 1,215 crore in FY22. However, revenue rose 1.1% YoY to Rs 1,106.17 crore in FY23.
Meanwhile, the company's board has approved the appointment of Harjit Singh as the managing director of the company for a period of three years with effect from 24 April 2023, subject to shareholders approval.
