Dashanya Tech Parkz is engaged in the business of development and construction of commercial office space. Its turnover for year ended 31 March 2022 is Rs 245.1 crore.
The company has acquired 7,65,000 shares (51%) of Dashanya Tech Parkz for consideration of Rs 66.07 crore. Post acquisition Prestige Exora Business Parks will hold 50% stake in Dashanya Tech Parkz on fully diluted basis.
