SBI Card appoints Shantanu Srivastava as chief risk officer
|
|
SBI Cards and Payment Services announced that its board has approved the appointment of Shantanu Srivastava as the chief risk officer of the company with effect from 21 April 2023.
|

|
|
|
|
The NBFC said that the appointment is based on the recommendations of the nomination and remuneration committee and risk management committee of the board.
Srivastava has three decades of experience in risk management, retail banking, wealth management, asset management in India, and APAC. He is currently associated with the HSBC Group since 2001.
SBI Cards and Payment Services is a non-banking financial company that offers extensive credit card portfolio to individual cardholders and corporate clients.
The company reported a 32.06% jump in net profit to Rs 509.46 crore on 16.45% rise in total income to Rs 3,656.15 crore in Q3 FY23 over Q3 FY22.
Shares of SBI Cards and Payment Services rose 0.27% to Rs 761.55 on the BSE.
