Hindalco Industries Ltd Spikes 1.75%, S&P BSE Metal index Rises 1.1%
Hindalco Industries Ltd has added 5.25% over last one month compared to 3.35% gain in S&P BSE Metal index and 3.47% drop in the SENSEX

Hindalco Industries Ltd rose 1.75% today to trade at Rs 485.85. The S&P BSE Metal index is up 1.1% to quote at 21354.2. The index is up 3.35 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Jindal Steel & Power Ltd increased 1.68% and National Aluminium Company Ltd added 1.38% on the day. The S&P BSE Metal index went up 10.32 % over last one year compared to the 1.06% fall in benchmark SENSEX.

Hindalco Industries Ltd has added 5.25% over last one month compared to 3.35% gain in S&P BSE Metal index and 3.47% drop in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 19078 shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 2.78 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 636 on 29 Mar 2022. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 309 on 20 Jun 2022.
