Bharti Airtel Ltd rose 2.32% today to trade at Rs 724. The S&P BSE Telecom index is up 1.28% to quote at 1680.98. The index is down 9.36 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd increased 2.29% and Reliance Communications Ltd added 1.77% on the day. The S&P BSE Telecom index went up 25.31 % over last one year compared to the 8.88% surge in benchmark SENSEX.

Bharti Airtel Ltd has lost 0.79% over last one month compared to 9.36% fall in S&P BSE Telecom index and 4.4% drop in the SENSEX.
