GAIL (India) Ltd fell 8.86% today to trade at Rs 326.75. The S&P BSE Oil&Gas index is down 1.32% to quote at 15534.22. The index is up 2.93 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Petronet LNG Ltd decreased 2.45% and Castrol India Ltd lost 0.8% on the day. The S&P BSE Oil&Gas index went up 7.98 % over last one year compared to the 13.66% surge in benchmark SENSEX.

GAIL (India) Ltd has lost 4.16% over last one month compared to 2.93% gain in S&P BSE Oil&Gas index and 4.46% rise in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 2.75 lakh shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 1.61 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 398.8 on 16 Aug 2018. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 296 on 05 Oct 2018.
