Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd rose 8.97% today to trade at Rs 4.13. The S&P BSE Telecom index is up 1.2% to quote at 1024.86. The index is up 4.97 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Optiemus Infracom Ltd increased 3.06% and Vodafone Idea Ltd added 3.01% on the day. The S&P BSE Telecom index went down 15.03 % over last one year compared to the 13.25% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
