Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 307.51 points or 0.9% at 34,449.66. The S&P BSE Small-Cap index advanced 0.85%, underperforming the Sensex.

On the BSE, 1.54 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against average daily volumes of 3.12 lakh shares in the past one quarter. The stock was extremely volatile. The stock rose as much of 3.35% at the day's high of Rs 60.10 so far during the day. The stock lost as much as 3.26% at the day's low of Rs 56.25 so far during the day. The stock had hit a 52-week high of Rs 85.95 on 11 January 2018 and a record low of Rs 32.25 on 11 August 2017.

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till 23 February 2018, sliding 14.36% compared with the Sensex's 5.53% fall. The stock had, however, outperformed the market over the past one quarter, advancing 58.66% as against the Sensex's 1.65% rise. The scrip had also outperformed the market over the past one year, surging 41.48% as against the Sensex's 18.17% rise.

Shares of D B Realty have rallied 12% in four trading sessions to its ruling price, from its closing of Rs 52.10 on 20 February 2018.

D B Realty reported a net profit of Rs 23.20 crore in Q3 December 2017, compared with a net loss of Rs 15.29 crore in Q3 December 2016. Net sales rose 550% to Rs 0.52 crore in Q3 December 2017 over Q3 December 2016.
