- The Directors decided to reconsider interim dividend payment after the end of financial year and thus deferred the decision to declare any interim dividend. As dividend decision is deferred, the record date i.e. 20 February 2018 as mentioned in the notice of Board meeting stands withdrawn and is no more applicable.
