The Board of JM Financial at its meeting held on 06 February 2018 has approved the allotment of 4,01,22,706 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each to the eligible qualified institutional buyers at the issue price of Rs. 162/- per Equity Share, aggregating to Rs. 650 Crore under the SEBI Regulations and Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2013.
Pursuant to the allotment of Equity Shares in the Issue, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 83,77,97,173 comprising 83,77,97,173 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each.
