The Board of Agarwal Industrial Corporation at its meeting held on 23 January 2018 approved the following -
Issue and allot 1,00,000 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs.10/- each fully paid up of the Company to Hem Chand Jain (Public Category) pursuant to conversion of 1,00,000 Warrants allotted on 22 March 2017 in accordance with Chapter VII of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009 as amended, convertible into equal number of equity shares, at an exercise price of Rs. 345/- per warrant (including premium).
