Lesha Industries gets NCLT approval for scheme of demerger
On 29 May 2017
Lesha Industries announced that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ahmedabad Bench has sanctioned the Scheme for Demerger of Trading and Investment Business of Lesha Industries and vesting the same into Ashnisha Industries (Formerly Ashnisha Alloys Private Limited) vide it Order dated 29 May 2017, received on 01 June 2017.
