Swelect Energy Systems provides update on scheme of amalgamation
Receive certified true copy of High Court approval for scheme
Swelect Energy Systems announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Madras has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of the wholly owned subsidiary Company namely HHV Solar Technologies with the Company vide an order dated 18 October 2016 and issued a certified true copy of the order on 12 December 2016 and the same has been handed over to us by the legal council on 16 December 2016.
