Vipul to hold board meeting
On 9 September 2016
Vipul will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 9 September 2016, to consider early redemption of the Non Convertible Debenture to the tune of Rs. 47 Crores (issued by the Company on private placement basis).
