Crest Ventures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 August 2016, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:
- Shifting of the registered office of the Company from “4th Floor, Kalpataru Heritage, 127, M. G. Road, Fort, Mumbai - 400001” to “111, Maker Chambers IV, 11th Floor, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400 021 effective 06 August 2016.”
