Swelect Energy Systems provides update on subsidiaries
With reference to scheme of amalgamation
Swelect Energy Systems announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Madras has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of the wholly owned subsidiary Companies namely Amex Irons with Amex Alloys Private vide an order dated 01 June 2016 and issued a certified true copy of the order on 14 June 2016 and the same has been handed over to the Company by the legal council on 16 June 2016.
