Swelect Energy Systems announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 March 2016, have transacted the following:
1. Declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share of the Company for the financial year 2015 - 2016.
2. The Board of Directors have approved the proposal to transfer the 12 MW Solar Photovoltaic plant located at Monjanur Village, Aravakurichi Taluk in Karur District to one of the Wholly owned subsidiary Company SWELECT Green Energy Solutions.
3. The Board also approved the proposal to invest upto Rs 10 crore in the Share capital of the wholly owned subsidiary Company 'HHV Solar Technologies'.
4. J. Bhuvaneswari, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned from the Company and will be relieved from 31 March 2016. R. Sathish Kumar has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 01 April 2016.
