Astra Microwave Products announces resignation of director
With effect from 24 December 2015
Astra Microwave Products announced that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 26 December 2015 has approved the resignation of Umayi Kuppusamy Kalyanaramudu, as Director of the Company including all the committees with effect from 24 December 2015 due to sale of stake by Larsen & Toubro. The Board places on record its appreciation of valuable services rendered by him.
