Astra Microwave Products allots equity shares
Under QIP issue
Astra Microwave Products announced that the QIP Committee of the Company at its meeting held on 16 December 2015, approved the issue and allotment of 47,86,450 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2 each to eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) at the issue price of Rs. 135.80/- per Equity Share, aggregating to Rs. 64,99,99,910 [Rupees Sixty Four crores ninety nine lacs ninety nine thousand nine hundred and ten Only).
