Outcome of board meeting of Shreyas Shipping & Logistics
Held on 30 November 2015
Shreyas Shipping & Logistics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 November 2015, has given its approval for entering into a Memorandum of Understanding for the formation of a Joint Venture Company with Suzue Corporation, Japan for exploring business opportunities in the logistics space within India and Japan. This is not a related party transaction.
