Aishwarya Rao is a Woman Director under the provisions of Section 149(1) and (2) of the Companies Act, 2013. She has confirmed that she meets the criteria of Independence as provided in sub section (6) of the Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013. Further Ms. Aishwarya Rao has consented to act as an Independent Director, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing General Meeting.
