Vipul Dye Chem announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 March 2015, inter alia, has considered the following matters:
1. Decided to seek approval of the shareholders of the Company through postal ballot process as per the provisions of Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 for appointment of Prasannakumar Gawde as Independent Director of the Company to hold office as such upto 31 March 2019;
2. Appointed CS Manish L. Ghia, Partner, Manish Ghia & Associates, Company Secretaries, Mumbai as the Scrutinizer for conducting the postal ballot process in fair and transparent manner.
