1. Srikanth Gummalla, has been appointed as a Managing Director of the company subject to the approval of a shareholders in general meeting.

With the permission of the Chairman status of Srinivasu Appala has been changed from Whole time Director to Independent Director subject to the approval of a shareholders in general meeting and resignation of Jayanthy Srinivasa Rao from the position of Director has been accepted by the Board with immediate effect.
