La Opala RG allots equity shares to WestBridge Crossover Fund
At issue price of Rs 1100 per share
La Opala RG announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Allotment Committee meeting held on 30 August 2014 the Allotment Committee constituted by the Board of Director of the Company allotted 5,02,468 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to WestBridge Crossover Fund, LLC at a price of Rs. 1,100/- per equity shares as per approval accorded by the shareholder of the Company in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 27 August 2014.
