Board of Mahamaya Steel Industries approves preferential allotment of equity shares
At meeting held on 25 August 2014
Mahamaya Steel Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 August 2014, have subject to the approval of Shareholders and Stock exchange where the shares of the Company are listed, have decided to issue and allot 3,00,000 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on Preferential allotment basis to Promoter and promoter group companies at a price to be calculated as per SEBI (ICDR) Regulation, 2009.
