Sangam Advisors announced that the Company has allotted 36,35,959 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each as fully paid-up bonus shares to the equity shareholders of the Company in the proportion 57:100 i.e. 57 equity share as fully paid bonus share for every 100 equity share held by the shareholders as on 22 July 2014, being the Record Date fixed for the purpose.
The Company has allotted 36,35,959 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each pursuant to issue of Bonus shares.
Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company would stand at Rs. 10.01 crore consisting 1,00,14,834 equity shares of Rs. 10 each. The new Equity shares shall rank pari passu with the existing shares.
