Declared the closure of the QIP issue on 18 July 2014.

Approved the issue price of Rs 309.98 per equity share, equal to the floor price, for the equity shares to be allotted to the eligible qualified institutional buyers in QIP; and

Approving and adopting the placement document dated 18 July 2014 in connection with the QIP.
