Ester Industries allots equity shares
Under scheme of arrangement
Ester Industries announced that the Company has allotted 99,72,703 Equity Shares to the shareholders of Sriyam Impex on 13 June 2014 pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement between Ester Industries and Sriyam Impex and their respective shareholders, creditors and all concerned approved by Hon'ble High Court of Uttarakhand vide Order dated 25 March 2014.
