JM Financial at the allotment committee meeting on 06 June 2014, has allotted 2,98,553 equity shares of the face value of Re 1 each pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options by the eligible employees under the Employees' Stock Option Scheme.
Subsequent to the allotment of equity shares as above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs 75,83,74,910 representing 75,83,74,910 equity shares of the face value of Re 1 each.
