Board of Genesys International Corporation recommends dividend
Of Re 0.125 per share
Genesys International Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2014, inter alia, have proposed, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting a dividend of Re 0.125 per equity share of Rs 5.
