Outcome of board meeting of Hitech Plast
Held on 26 May 2014
Hitech Plast announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2014, inter alia, after considering various fund raising proposals decided to issue to the Promoters/Promoter group 20,00,000 Equity Shares and 20,00,000 warrants fully convertible into equal number of equity shares of Rs 10 each on preferential basis, at a price to be determined in accordance with Chapter VII of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009 subject to the approval of the shareholders.
