Board of Kothari Products recommends dividend
Of Rs 6 per share
Kothari Products announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 6 per equity share of Rs 10 each 60% for the aforesaid year. The provision for the aforesaid dividend has been made out of the profits of the current year ended on 31 March 2014.
