Up on coming into effect this scheme, the issue, subscribed and paid up capital of the demerged Company shall stand reduced from Rs 17.46 crore (dividend into 1,74,69,700 equity shares of Rs 10 each) to Rs 9.43 crore (dividend into 94,33,638 equity shares of Rs 10 each) by cancelling the share capital of Rs 8.03 crore (dividend into 80,36,062 equity shares of Rs 10 each) held by the share holders of the demerged Company.
