Outcome of board meeting of Thirthankar Infra
Held on 25 April 2014
Thirthankar Infra announced that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 25 April 2014 approved the proposal to change the name of the Company to TIL or such other name as may be allowed and approved by the Registrar of Companies. The Board also approved to shift the registered address of the Company to the State of Maharashtra. The Board has appointed Hanumaiah & Co, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the year 2014-15. The Board approved inter corporate investments to the tune of Rs 100 crore. The Board approved the increase in Authorised capital from Rs 7 crore to Rs 16 crore to be dividend into 1,60,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
